Dear Self: How Writing Yourself a Love Letter Can Help You Heal

When was the last time you paused and asked yourself “How are you?” Kumusta ka, Self? When was the last time you felt you, the authentic you?

If you haven’t done it yet or can’t remember when was the last time, this post is for you.

I encourage you to pause, sit down, and disconnect from the world’s noise for at least five minutes of your time. Yes, please give this moment to yourself.

After watching the video, write a love letter to yourself. What do you want to say? What do you really want to talk about?
